What MusicLynk takes

  • Free: 15% of eligible sales (singles, EPs, albums, preorders and merch items, not shipping).
  • Silver: 10% of eligible sales (singles, EPs, albums, preorders and merch items, not shipping).
  • Gold: 5% of eligible sales (singles, EPs, albums, preorders and merch items, not shipping).
  • Platinum: 0% of eligible sales (singles, EPs, albums, preorders and merch items, not shipping).
  • Live gifts are separate. Whatever your plan, you keep 50% of a gift sent with Stars and MusicLynk keeps 50%.
  • Card processing fees from the payment company are separate and apply on every plan. Refunds and chargebacks are taken off what you are paid.
  • Live time counts from when you go on air. Each plan has a monthly total and a longest single Live; the Studio shows your time left and ends the Live when it runs out.
  • Plans are billed monthly. Change plan or cancel whenever you want: you keep your plan until the end of the time you paid for, and no refund is given for time already paid.
  • Nothing is deleted when you move to a smaller plan. Limits apply to new uploads and new items.
  • Monthly allowances (new tracks, Live hours, campaigns, Drop Rooms, invoices and opportunity submissions) reset on your plan's monthly date. Daily allowances count the last 24 hours.
  • A CYRUS question is one written answer from CYRUS, and a spoken reply counts as one too. Briefs, navigation and standard answers don't count. Contract analysis has its own monthly limit.
  • New outreach counts only new conversations with people you don't work with yet. Receiving messages and replying never count.
  • Unlimited means no set number, with fair-use protection against spam and abuse.
  • Never for sale, on any plan: verification, confirmed credits, chart position, Trending and discovery ranking.
